Anyways this type of tubing shrinks off on natural hairs, when it is heated, but the best thing to notice about was that it does not effect the natural hairs to any extent as others ways do effect, but unfortunately, it does not have the gripping power to stay on hairs as after coupled wash it is surely going to loosen away. So as all this is also a temporary one.

•    The fifth one is that adhesive based fusion. In this process an adhesive, which melts very easily, is used, which can endure certain chemicals and heat too? After this, the remover used dries up, there by dissolving extensions into powder, which in return is less messy as compared to others.

•    The last of all goes with suing single hair pieces as they are bonded with hairs in small sections, and moreover they look very useful as they are more natural and durable too.

Something different with hair extensions

I haven’t had a fringe since I was at school. I was playing about with some extensions thinking of doing a video about how I use them to create a fringe and use them in updos rather than just plonk them in and wear my hair down. Meanwhile this make up look kind of happened… Since the look reminded me of bridesmaids, I decided to create a look suitable for those all important Bride side kicks!
This is a really simple look that would be appropriate for a bridesmaid!

The 18″ Remi Straight clip in hair extensions were sent to me a while ago by Rapunzel Rapunzel. I am a colour 1B which is still slightly lighter than my black/brown hair but it’s as close as I can get without a custom dye.

I have several sets of clips ins, some I keep curled for curly days, others have been cut to fit in with hair styles such as a long bob or choppy layers and fringes. I haven’t cut these ones as they are pretty nice long, they don’t tangle up too much and have a lovely shine.

I think as extensions go they are good for the price (£54.99). The hair itself is soft and doesn’t feel too treated even after washing and styling. Saying that it is going to feel a bit wiry, my hair is baby fine so wouldn’t make good extensions! I find that these blend in quite nicely though. I did still find quite a few white hairs in the extensions, something I always check before putting them in and remove. I still don’t like the fringy bits that bulk out the weft at the roots. This makes using them in styles more difficult as they stick out at odd angles.

The clips are smaller than usual making them more comfortable. The one redeeming feature which sets them apart from others I have tried is this: the extensions are not thinned out towards the end. We can all tell clip ins a mile away because of that tell tale rat tailed look of thin chunky bits at the bottom of the hair. Cheaper extensions mix different layers, so you may think you’re getting 18″ but what you’re getting is 14″ with a few 18″ mixed in. I hate this about clip ins and you won’t know until you get them and open them! Rapunzel Rapunzel extensions have a blunt cut so you don’t get those annoying ratty bits, thus adding to the illusion that it’s your own hair.

How To Apply Hair Extensions?

Knowing how to apply hair extensions is the second important step after researching about the types and selecting one suitable type of extension for your hair. Applying them onto your hair is vital as you do not want your hair to receive any damages that may occur.

Firstly, you have to make sure that your hair is clean and dry. It is better not to apply any conditioner before attaching any hair extensions as the oily coating on the hair might weaken the bond. Next, pick on the best hair style and decide on how you want to apply the hair weft onto your hair. This step is important as different types may be subjected to different methods of attaching them.

Begin at the back of your head and separate your hair by making a narrow section along the natural hair line. Then tie the small section in a braid and leave it aside, out of the attachment area. Then create another narrow section from one ear to another. The remaining hair is tied into a ponytail and placed it out of your way.

After that measure and cut the hair extensions into the appropriate width measured from one ear to another. Allow a small patch of natural hair on the sides to cover the presence of the hair weft.  Then apply a small portion of the liquid bonding glue onto the hair weft and wait for it to turn tacky. This may take more quite some time as the bonding glue is quite tough and sticky.

Next apply it onto the separated section of your hair. Do not apply it on the scalp, only near to the scalp. Remember to press it onto place for few seconds in order for it to dry. If you want a stronger and long lasting bond you may heat the bonding to ensure stronger seal by blowing using the hair dryer for few seconds. Be careful to blow in a back and forth patter to avoid burning and accelerate the drying process.

Repeat the steps by making another narrow section of your hair and continue the stated steps until you are satisfied with the amount of hair added.  You may practice the method with a friend or by yourself and always begin with small number of hair extensions. Try to avoid oily conditioners and direct heat that may loosen the attachment bond.
